संस्थाको प्रस्तावनाः

यस संस्थाको मुल उद्देश्य समाजमा भएक विकृति, विसंगतिह हटाई सामाजिक भावना लिई आफ्ना टोलछिमेकमा सामुहिकता, सामिप्यता तथा आपसी सद्भाव, समन्वयको माध्यमबाट समाजमा रहेका हरेक समस्या एवं चुनौतिहरुलाई परास्त गर्दै, आन्तरिक तथा बाहिय पर्यटन विकास, धार्मिक, मौलिक साँस्कृतिक सम्पदाको विकास, समाजमा भएका भौगोलिक संरचनाको संरक्षण तथा विकास, समाजलाई समय सापेक्ष रुपमा अगाडि बढाउन व्यक्ति, अभिमुखिकरण तथा सिपकुलक तालिम दिई गरिबीको रेखा मुनी रहेका नागरिकहरुलाई जिविकोपार्जन गर्न र उनीहरुको आर्थिक अवस्थार्लाइ सुधार गर्नको लागि एक सक्षम रुपमा तयार गरी सिपमुलक तालिम तथा आत्मनिर्भर बनाउन र उनीहरुबाट उत्पादित वस्तुहरुलाई विना स्वार्थ राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय रुपमा परिचयगराई पर्यटन तथा प्रबद्र्धनको विकास गरी समाज र राष्ट्र विकासको महत्वपूर्ण विधा र क्षेत्रमा उपयोग गर्ने अभिप्राय तथा उद्देश्यले मुनाफा रहित सामाजिक संस्था स्थापनाको लागि संघ संस्था ऐन, २०३४ अनुसार “अग्लेश्वरी हिल्स विकास कोष’’ को विधान २०७५ तर्जुमा गरिएको छ । नेपाल सरकारको जिला प्रशासन कार्यालय रामेछाप दर्ता नं. १०७१/०७५/०७६ निर्णय मिति २०७५/०५/०५ दर्ता मिति २०७५/०५/०५ विधिवत रुपमा दर्ता भई सुनापति–२, रामेछाप प्रमुख कार्यालय रहेको समाज कल्यान परिषद आवद्धता नं. ४८५८६ र पान नं. ६०८३०२३६४ मा दर्ता भै ९ जना कार्यसमितिबाट धार्मिक पर्यटन प्रबद्र्धन विभित कार्यक्रम योजना अगाडि बडाउँदै आइरहेको छ । जस अन्तर्गत प्रमुख आयोजना मध्य संसारकै अग्लो चारै तिर फर्केको बुद्धको प्रतिमा चारैतिरबाट उक्लने पद मार्ग सिसाको आकाशे पुल बनाई धार्मिक पर्यटन प्रवद्र्धन गर्ने साथै बिस्व शान्तिको निमित रास्ट्रीय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्थरमा कार्यक्रम गर्ने यस अग्लेश्वरी हिल्स विकास कोषको प्रमुख उद्देश्य हो । यस कार्यहरुको पहिलो चरणको अध्यान अनुसन्धान सकिसकेको छ ।

Samaj Kalyan Parishad Affiliation No. 48586 and page no. 608302364 has been registered and 9 members of the working committee are moving forward with various program plans for the promotion of religious tourism. Under which the main project is the tallest Buddha image in the world, which rises from all sides
.The main objective of this Agleshwori Hills Development Fund is to promote religious tourism by building a sky bridge of glass and also to organize programs at the national and international level for the sake of world peace. The study of the first phase of these works has been completed.
